Refund Policy

By registering with Rashmi Matrimony, you become a service receiver and agree to be bound by the following refund policy. If you do not agree with these terms, you are not eligible to become a member.

1 After successfully activating the profile, the Paid membership fees are not refundable for ANY reasons under any circumstances.
2 If a refund is requested before activation (and within 2 working days of payment), a 10% administrative cost will be deducted, and the balance will be refunded.

Countries We Serve: We Provide Our Services Anywhere in Sri Lanka.

1. Membership Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register.
You confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into a marriage and that all provided information is true.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to use our platform for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:

Harassing, abusing, or harming others.
Impersonating any person or misrepresenting affiliations.
Posting offensive, obscene, or defamatory content.
Using automated systems/bots to extract data.

3. Intellectual Property

All logos and trademarks are owned by Rashmi Matrimony. Copying or modifying content without consent is prohibited.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend your account at any time without prior notice or liability if terms are breached.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising out of your use or inability to use our services.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
